Refund policy

We endeavour to provide you with a delightful experience at Rose Tints. However, if for some reason a product does not meet your expectations, please contact us immediately.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. Due to the nature of our products, used or opened products cannot be returned. 

To start a return, please contact us at info@rosetints.co.nz or via our contact form and include your order number and photos of any damage/defects. 

Please note, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs on any return products. We will not be held liable for any missing or lost items.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Delivery fees are non-refundable.
